Kirsty has 15 years of executive search experience across the fashion, lifestyle, sports and consumer sectors. With a truly global network and deep industry expertise, Kirsty has helped some of the world's most recognized brands and high-growth disruptors build and scale leadership teams across international markets. Throughout her career, she has partnered with leading brands including Wolverine Worldwide, Crocs, Deckers Corporation, Levi Strauss & Co., American Eagle Outfitters and Foot Locker. Known for her long-standing client relationships and consultative approach, Kirsty is passionate about connecting exceptional talent with businesses that are driving growth, innovation, and change. Prior to joining Noto Group, she co-founded, built and sold a boutique executive search firm. She is also a qualified Hogan Practitioner, bringing additional expertise in leadership assessment and executive selection.
