John has 25 + years of executive search experience. Working closely with his clients he is involved in acquiring talent, development of leadership teams, training and succession planning. He is passionate about his work and demonstrates his commitment to purpose led organisations through successful executive placements with sustainability- focussed, and some of the most recognised brands globally.
Clients include, Patagonia, Brooks Running, Disney, Mattel, Nike and Cannondale.
Prior to joining Noto, John spent 14 years as a partner at a boutique search firm specialising in lifestyle, sporting goods and the outdoor industry. Early in his career John worked in retail, where he became retail operation’s director managing over 30 shop in shops across the UK.

Outside of work John is passionate about the outdoors, spends his time trying to keep up with his wife at CrossFit, cycling, skiing and walking their labrador, Daisy, or just being with family and friends.
