Cody brings more than 20 years of experience in executive search, talent strategy, and organizational leadership across the consumer, fashion, lifestyle, sport, and outdoor sectors. She rejoined Noto Group in 2026 after more than 14 years at Nike, bringing a perspective shaped by both advising on critical executive hires and working inside one of the world’s most recognized consumer brands. Today, she partners with CEOs, founders, boards, and senior leaders on the leadership required to drive growth, transformation, and long-term performance.
At Nike, Cody held senior talent leadership roles focused on enterprise talent strategy, succession, leadership pipelines, and organizational transformation. She also led global executive sourcing and recruiting across product, merchandising, marketing, creative, design, sales, operations, and supply chain. That breadth gives her a practical understanding of how business strategy, organizational needs, and leadership must come together for executives to succeed.

Outside of work, Cody enjoys exploring new places, discovering great food, and sharing experiences with her two daughters. A lifelong health and fitness enthusiast, she is an avid runner and Peloton cyclist who believes some of the best days include both a good workout and a great meal.
