As part of our commitment to being a B Corp, Noto Group conducts one pro bono search annually for a worthy nonprofit – our “Search for Social Good.” Our choice this year is Open School, a rapidly growing alternative college-prep program based in Portland, Oregon. Open School’s focus is on equity in education and closing the achievement gap. We are working with them to recruit an Associate Director of Equity and Programs. For this search, we’re looking for individuals who have a background in working with non-profit organizations, multi-ethnic clientele and staff, and have an understanding of education, related policy issues, and programs management.
