In September, we welcomed three new team members to Noto Group.
Tami Bumiller, an Executive Search and Human Resources Consultant, joins us from Eddie Bauer where she was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the nearly 100-year-old brand at the forefront of advancing environmental, social and economic sustainability practices in retail. Over 19 years of consumer brand and retail human resources leadership, Tami led personnel through multiple phases of change in the retail landscape that affected the $1B company. Tami has experience in talent acquisition strategy, executive recruiting, organizational design, leadership development, and succession planning, and brings functional area expertise across all areas of operations, marketing, and finance. She earned a B.S. from the School of Business at Michigan State University
Lena Knofler joins us as an executive recruiter with seven years of combined experience in talent acquisition, accounting and finance. Prior to Noto Group, she placed candidates in a mission driven organization as a recruiter for Providence Health System, the country’s third largest health system. Lena also worked as an executive recruiter in software, manufacturing, tech, and startups. She earned a B.A. in economics and management from Ohio Wesleyan University.
Jackie Miller rejoins the company as research recruiter following a stint at Pendleton Woolen Mills. In her research capacity, Jackie strategizes, researches, and cultivates candidate pools for executive level searches across the firm, and leads recruiting for mid-level talent. She’s also a member of the marketing team and supports Noto Group’s online presence. Adding to the perspective she brings to Noto Group, Jackie has worked in apparel product line management, apparel retail, and non-profit.
