We are happy to announce the addition of Ted Freeman as an Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Advisor to the Noto Group team and clients.

This move broadens and deepens our services to meet more client needs.

Why now?

After conducting hundreds of Executive Searches over the last 10 years, we saw recurring challenges and patterns that go beyond finding the right person for a role.  Perhaps a new executive is entering a turbulent environment or needs to navigate a new relationship with a founder or other executive. Or maybe she needs support assessing and reorganizing her team once she’s aboard.  We’ve always been deeply invested in our clients’ success, and we see new opportunities to help them build and sustain their businesses.

Using an enhanced level of assessment, we give clients and finalist candidates deep insight into personality, motivation, behaviors under stress, leadership capabilities, emotional intelligence, and more. That knowledge helps select the right person, and it makes the new executive a better leader.

Ted Freeman, Psy.D., has extensive experience as an organization development consultant and executive. He served as Culture Officer at EILEEN FISHER, INC., leading the people and culture teams, strategy and Information Technology. And he has more than a decade of consulting experience in the areas of executive coaching, leadership development and organizational effectiveness. As a principal at Praxis Consulting Group, he advised dozens of organizations in such diverse industries as retail, manufacturing, professional services, pharmaceutical, aerospace, and financial.

Ted is certified in the following leadership assessments:

The Hogan Leadership Series, the Clark Wilson Leadership Series and the Emotional Quotient Inventory.

In addition to teaching leadership and organization development at Rutgers University, University of Pennsylvania, and George Mason University, he has held a senior staff position at the Wharton School’s Executive Development Program. He received his doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University and his undergraduate degree from Haverford College.
