We are happy to announce the addition of Ted Freeman as an Organizational Effectiveness and Leadership Advisor to the Noto Group team and clients.
This move broadens and deepens our services to meet more client needs.
After conducting hundreds of Executive Searches over the last 10 years, we saw recurring challenges and patterns that go beyond finding the right person for a role. Perhaps a new executive is entering a turbulent environment or needs to navigate a new relationship with a founder or other executive. Or maybe she needs support assessing and reorganizing her team once she’s aboard. We’ve always been deeply invested in our clients’ success, and we see new opportunities to help them build and sustain their businesses.
What can we do?
1. Greater Insight for Better Selection
Using an enhanced level of assessment, we give clients and finalist candidates deep insight into personality, motivation, behaviors under stress, leadership capabilities, emotional intelligence, and more. That knowledge helps select the right person, and it makes the new executive a better leader.
2. Executive Integration for More Return on Recruiting Investment
Too many executives fail in their first months on the job. And even if they’re ultimately successful, they could have a bigger impact sooner. Noto Group’s integration program for incoming leaders begins even before the new leader starts with a thoughtful plan for preparing the organization and leader to assume the important role. This involves providing critical insights on team members, culture and organization that accelerate a leader’s ability to deliver extraordinary results.
3. Executive Coaching to Make Good Leaders Great
Decades ago, coaches were hired to remediate underperformers. Today the opposite is true – the majority of coaching engagements are to develop high potentials, facilitate transitions or provide sounding boards. Coaching creates the unique opportunity to receive honest feedback and strategically execute steps to evolve, grow and face the next phase of business.
4. Team and Leadership Development for Greater Impact
Business today is complex, fast and ever-changing. Working with teams, we help establish priorities, clarify roles and build the trust needed to create and sustain momentum. And to create continuous learning and evolution, we create immersive experiences that expose leaders and their teammates to new ideas, new practices and new ways of working that broaden and strengthen their ability to move their companies forward.
